Felix R. Carrillo
Felix R. Carrillo received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Miami and then went on to receive a Juris Doctorate from Nova University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. After being admitted to the Florida Bar in 1992 he began practicing law in Miami working for a litigation firm in the areas of Construction defects, insurance defense and commercial litigation. After forming his own law firm he has represented numerous clients in the areas of bankruptcy, foreclosure defense, real estate matters, business issues, insurance coverage litigation and consumer disputes.

In his business life Mr. Carrillo has worked as a real estate developer, aside from practicing law. This has allowed him to bring practical experience to the practice of law. Mr. Carrillo brings a practical, common sense approach to the cases he handles for his clients. His practice focuses on representing clients with creative approaches to achieve the most effective and economical approach to achieve the client’s desired results.

Mr. Carrillo is a member of the Florida Bar, Dade County Bar Association, Cuban-American Bar Association, United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the Bankruptcy Division of the United States District Court for the South District of Florida.

Mr. Carrillo was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He is fluent in Spanish.

Pedro R. Carrillo
Pedro R. Carrillo received a Bachelor of Business administration from the University of Miami and then went on to receive a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida. After receiving his MBA, Mr. Carrillo worked in the business world as an insurance broker and financial consultant for large multinational financial company. Ultimately Mr. Carrillo received a law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. After being admitted to the Florida Bar in 1997 he began practicing law in Miami working for a litigation firm in the areas of insurance defense and commercial litigation. After forming his own law firm he has represented clients in the areas of bankruptcy, foreclosure defense, real estate and business and consumer disputes. He has appeared in the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida, Florida State Courts, Federal trial courts of the Southern District of Florida.

In his practical experience, Mr. Carrillo brings a practical, common sense approach to the cases he handles for his clients. His practice focuses on representing clients with creative approaches to achieve the most effective and reasonably economical approach to achieve the client’s desired results.

Mr. Carrillo is a member of the Florida Bar, American Bar Association, Dade County Bar Association, Cuban-American Bar Association, United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the Bankruptcy Division of the United States District Court for the South District of Florida.
